If you saw my last haul you would have seen I got some new Make up Revolution products and I decided to test them out. I also picked up their new concealer that everyone is raving about and decided to try that out as well.
I decided to use my Soph eyeshadow palette (£10). I've used this a few times and I just adore it. It has so many different colours for me to use and play with. They are really easy to blend and build up plus, the metallic's are really pigmented and gorgeous. I then tried out the concealer. I got the lightest shade C1 (£4). Finally, a concealer that is light enough for me and not yellow. It is so creamy and honestly, so amazing. For £4 you really can't go wrong with it. It covered up my under eyes and some blemishes. I am just in love with it.
I then tried the Ultra Cream Contour Kit (£3.50) I hardly use cream contour kits but, I thought I have to try this out. The contour shade is so creamy and really easy to blend out. It blended out so smoothly and I was amazed. It is also a great size to put in my make up and a great shade for my skin tone. Next, I tried Bronze, Shimmer, Highlighter(£4) I mixed the middle and darkest shade together to bronze up my face and to me, I thought it looked good. It didn't look orange as I know sometimes bronzers can look orange on the skin. It applied nicely and easy to blend.
For the highlighter I decided to apply the Liquid Highlighter in the colour Starlight (£6) first. The liquid highlighter is amazing. So beautiful and has such a nice feel and beautiful shine to it. Obviously, I couldn't stop their with the highlighter. I had to try out the Soph Highlighter Palette(£8). I used the lightest shade in the palette on top of the liquid one and THE GLOW IS UNREAL. The pigment is unreal and I am glowing.
To finish it of I used the Retro Luxe Matte Lip in the shade Reign (£6). It is such a beautiful pink/nude colour. The pencil was really creamy and the liquid lipstick applied really nicely on top of it. It doesn't feel sticky, and it dried down quite quick.
Overall I am in love with these products. I really enjoyed trying them out and just falling in love with them and adding them to my every day make up bag -
Here is the finished look.
Today I am talking about the Complexionista palette from Benefit.
I got this for Christmas as I really liked the look of it and I've been using it over the past month since then.
This palette consist of 6 products. Boi-ing concealer in the shades 1 & 2. Hoola matte powder bronzer. Hoola Lite light powder bronzer. Dandelion Twinkle highlighter and Watt's Up! Soft focus highlighter. It also has a mirror on the inside so for £26.50 you really can't go wrong with the price on this.
This has became one of my new favourite palettes to have in my make up bag. It is the perfect size and so compact that I can take with me when I go travelling and it has everything I need in it. I adore the Boi-Ing concealer. I haven't used it in awhile and after getting this I remembered how much I loved it and the coverage it gave me when I cover up blemish etc. I can't really use shade 2 as it's not for my skin tone but, at the the moment I've been using it as a cream contour as it is just so soft. I adore Hoola Lite and the original Hoola. They always give me that kind of 'I've just spent a week on a beach in Hawaii' kind of look. It is a really nice bronzer. The highlighters are GORGEOUS! Dandelion Twinkle is so pigmented and so blinding. It is one that you don't need much product on your brush for but, you can build it up to blind everyone with. I like to apply Watt's Up! Before it and then add that on top to give me that glow. Watt's Up! Is a beautiful subtle highlighter. It is a cream highlighter and just so gorgeous.
I just adore this palette and I can't recommend it enough. If you've never tried Benefit products before I recommend getting this as it has some of the best products they've ever released in it!
So, the other day was payday and of course I had to treat myself to some new make up!
I adore Makeup Revolution. They are one of my favourite drugstore brands and their make up is always affordable and really good. Plus, Superdrug had an offer on where if you spent £25 you got a MUR goody bag so, how was I meant to pass that offer up!
The products I bought where the Soph Highlighter Palette (£8). This has been on my wishlist for so long. I adore Sophdoesnails and her eyeshadow palette is one of my favourites and I am excited to cover my face in this palette. I have been wanting to try their Liquid highlighters for awhile so, I decided to get Starlight and Elixir (£6). The colours are gorgeous and I've swatched them on my hand the glow is unreal. And, another thing I haven't tried before is the Retro Luxe Matte Lip Kit and I got the shade Reign (£6). It's a beautiful nude/pink colour and it is going to be perfect for Spring!
Can you believe this goody bag? The contents are amazing! They really did spoil us with this offer. In the goody bag I got the Skin Kiss Golden Kiss highlighter (£5) The colour is absolutely beautiful. Next is a Retro Luxe Matte Lip Kit in the shade Royal (£6). It is my perfect shade of purple and I am so excited to try it out. There was another highlighter but, this time it was a trio! The Strobe Lighting Palette (£8) is gorgeous! The shades are beautiful. Next was the Ultra Cream Contour Kit (£3.50) I never really use a cream contour but, they feel so creamy and the shades look really good for my skin tone so I am excited to try! Next is the Bronze, Shimmer, Highlighter (£4) Three of my favourite things in one compact! And last, is the Redemption Palette(£4). It is a really lovely palette to have in your collection. I can't wait to play with it!
Let me know what your favourite MUR products are! I can't wait to try these products out and I will have a post up this week with swatches and my thoughts of these products!
If you're like me than, trying to find a great mascara and eyeliner is some times hard. I have tiny eyelashes and some mascaras just don't give them the love they deserve and then, we have eyeliners. Some are amazing and then some aren't pigmented enough, have the perfect tip to do that winged eyeliner or some just smudge.
I've been trying out a new combo lately and I just love it.
Supercat Skinny eyeliner and Thick & Fast HD Mascara from Soap&Glory. I am in love with these products. I've been trying them out for the past few weeks and now they are my holy grail.
I really adore the eyeliner. I can really achieve the perfect wing look. I can't do a look without doing a wing and it's so easy to do it with the Supercat Skinny. It is very precise and I just adore using it. The Mascara really helps my lashes. I don't wear a lot of fake lashes since I wear glasses most of the time but, my eyelashes are tiny and this really makes them look longer and I just love using it.
What is your favourite eyeliner and mascara combo? This is my new fave and I don't see it changing any time soon.
What other beauty products do you love from Soap&Glory? I'm hoping to do a post soon on trying a full face of make up from them as I've only ever used a few products! Tell me your faves below!
Don't you think this month is dragging?
I feel like this month has gone really slow and waiting for payday is painful.
But! We are almost there and that means it's only a few days till payday and FINALLY I can buy the clothes I have been lusting over on ASOS.
First things first, I've never actually bought a thing from ASOS.
I know right?
But, I saw this jumper my friend had and now my wishlist is super long. Here are a few picks from my WL that I am picking up on Friday and I can't wait to do a haul on them.
ASOS KASBA Flat Over The Knee Boots - £42.00 - Okay, I've never owned over the knee boots and I don't wear heels but, these have been calling to me and I think they would be so good to wear on nights out and gigs!
Liquor N Poker Plus Cropped Denim Jacket with Mesh Panel - £45.00 - Again, I don't own a denim jacket. This looks so cute and I think it would be good for gigs and the summer and I love how it looks on the model and I hope it looks good on me.
River Island Plus Tropical Print Duster Coat - £65.00 - This is so cute. It would be perfect for Summer and again, I hope it would suit me because it's so beautiful!

ASOS CURVE Wrap Front Playsuit with Long Sleeves - £22.00 - I love a good playsuit.
ASOS CURVE RIDLEY High Waist Skinny Jeans in Black with Shredded Rips - £32.00 - I have heard such good things about ASOS jeans and I don't own any at the moment that are black with rips and I just need these in my life.
ASOS CURVE Mesh Mini Smock Dress with Floral Embroidery with Split Sleeve - £38.00 - How super cute is this?!
New Look Tall Black High Waist Skinny Jean - £25.99 - I just love the look of the buttons on these and I really hope they will flatter my figure and I pretty tall so, I hope they look good because I just love the look of them.
Today I want to talk about some of the beauty products that are on my birthday wishlist. My birthday is next month so obviously I have to get my list ready now to send to my family, right?
These are products that I have been dying to use and had my eye on since they where released!
Let me know if you've used any of these products and what you thought of them!
Stila Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow - I have my eyes on these for ages. I've seen so many amazing reviews and used my friends once and fell in love. I've put a quite a few of the shades down on my wishlist as I just want them all and just want to cover my whole eyelid in them.
Glossier Phase 1 set - I have heard nothing but amazing things about this set. I've never used Glossier but, I am always looking for new skincare products and these just look so good.
Huda Beauty Warm Brown Obsession Palette - This is my perfect palette. I adore the colours and it is the perfect size to put in my bag when I travel. I've never tried Huda Beauty before but, my friend adores their products and this palette just looks perfect.
Huda Beauty Faux Filter Foundation - I need a new high end foundation and this has been calling me. It looks amazing and I can't wait to try it.
Juvia's Place The Zulu Eyeshadow Palette - Can you really have too many palettes? Again, it's the perfect size to put in my bag and the colours look amazing and would be perfect for summer and I just need it okay!
Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops - I think everyone I know has these and they just look amazing. I love to have a blinding highlight on a night out and I just know they will do the job.
Today I want to talk about my new favourite palette. Urban Decay Heavy Metals palette (£43). I got this for Christmas of my boyfriend and I have probably played with it everyday since. The palette is filled with 20 metallic shades from your warm tones to your fun, crazy colours. This is my second Urban Decay palette and they just make me love them more and more.
The colours are so pigmented and really creamy. I tend to only use one colour from this when doing a look as I don't want to overdo my eye with metallic's but, I love to make it the centre of attention. There is quite a few ways to apply these shades. You can get a nice colour with a dry brush, more when your brush is wet but, my favourite way to apply is using my finger. I don't know what it is about applying metallic's with a finger that just makes it really strong and bright but, it works well for me.
If you're looking for a beautiful metallic palette that you can add to your collection I can't recommend this one enough. I can't wait to try and do more looks with it and I will upload photos soon to show you all how amazing this palette is.
Hello everyone and happy new year!
If you're like me you probably love seeing what people get for Christmas and birthdays so, I thought I would do a post on what I got for Christmas. These are presents from my boyfriend, family and even my dog and I didn't even know he got a job but, good for him because he got me some amazing things.
My parents got me this really cute Guess over the shoulder bag. I've been needing a new one for awhile now and I am just loving it. It's very me as they said and it's the perfect size. It's not Christmas if you don't get a perfume and they got me Juicy Couture. I adore Juicy Couture perfumes. I use to wear them all the time when I was younger and then stopped and I was so excited to get one for Christmas and, as kind of a tradition they got me a Pandora ring. I don't really do the Pandora bracelets but, I adore the rings and this one is just so cute. One of the other big presents from my family was BB-8. The story behind this is that, I've been asking for this since it came out and I got it this year! My dog is terrified of it and me and my boyfriend treat it like a pet in our flat. We're not allowed pets but, they didn't say nothing about a BB-8 ;)
A big present of my boyfriend where these slippers. He kept saying to me before Christmas I need to get slippers when he actually already bought me them! But, these aren't just any slippers these are Mei's from Overwatch slippers. I was so excited when I got them as she is my fave and she is who I want to cosplay and now I have the slippers to do plus, they're super comfortable.
Is it really Christmas if you don't get tones of bath stuff? My boyfriend got me the Zoella calendar and the Hello Super Spa set from Soap&Glory. My family got me the Spa Of Wonder, the box of Snowella goodies and the stocking with some bath stuff in it. I really love her new Christmas range and the smell is just so fresh I love it and, who doesn't love Soap&Glory? You can never have too much at Christmas. My job, who are the cutest, got me the Zoella stationary set, the mug and the Soap&Glory Soaper Heroes set! I think they know me very well ;)
My boyfriend absolutely spoiled me this year with make-up. I got the Complexionista complete palette by benefit. Urban Decay setting spray and the Heavy Metals palette which is bloody beautiful and Too Faced Sweet Peach palette and it does smell amazing and I kept asking people to smell my eyes because, why not. His sister got me the Benefit brow set which I am in love with and I always need more brow products. My family got me the Tanya Burr beauty box and I have to say, the lipsticks are amazing. Some of the best I have ever used. I really love her palettes and her make-up overall is just really good. Also they got me the Zoella perfume rollers. Last was this Lush set, some socks, I got some Zoella candles not pictured and this cute baking book and cookie cutter.
(We also got tones of Chocolate but, I ate that as soon as I got home)
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and if you don't celebrate I hope you had a great day and I hope everyone has a wonderful 2018!

Today I want to review the Makeup Revolution palette in collaboration with youtuber Sophdoesnails. I started watching Soph earlier this year I adore her videos and her make up tutorials. I was so excited to hear she was bringing out her own palette with one of my favourite make up brands. The eyeshadow palette is £10 which I think is a great price for this amazing palette that also has a huge mirror?! She also has a highlighter palette, that I sadly still haven't gotten but, I will soon as I love highlighters and her one just looks so beautiful and it's only £8!
There are 24 shades and there is a great range! There are warm shades, bright colours just everything. We have matte and shimmer shades. The shimmer shades are beautiful. They are so pigmented that I am in love with how bright and beautiful they are. I just couldn't get over how great this palette was. Like she said in her video you could use this all year round and I am excited to use the green shimmer shade at Christmas. I had a little mess around with it and the colours are really easy to blend. I used Pancakes as a transition colour then I put Strawberry Sweets on the inner and the outer corner of my eye, just leaving a blank space in the middle. To deepen up the corners I added Danger, which is this beautiful dark red that I am excited to use again. For the middle I really wanted to add some shimmer so, I used Sparks Fly which you can use without adding a bit of setting spray to your brush to apply it. I sometimes like to use my finger to apply shimmers as I feel they show up a little bit more but, this colour was just intense.
(not the best pictures and ignore my eyebrows as they need doing but whatevers)
Look at the colours! I am obsessed with this palette. Ever since I bought it, it has been my go to palette. It has a range of different colours and I am excited to try and create some different eyeshadow looks soon!
Well done Soph on a brilliant palette! Cannot wait to try the highlighter palette as I am excited to cover my whole face in it...
Have you tried the palette yet? What did you think?
