Today I want to talk about the Mark Hill Salon Professional Hairdryer. Yes, it's £59.99 but, I think sometimes you need to invest in a good hairdryer as they last and this one left my hair feeling like I just came out of the hairdressers. It has some amazing features. When you turn it on, the screen on the side comes on to show you the temperature and you can use the buttons to either turn the heat up, make it a little colder and change the speed of how fast it blows out.
I have to say, I've never owned anything by Mark Hill before but, I am definitely going to get some more of the products. I have my eyes on the interchangeable curling wand. I love the idea of changing the barrels for different curls! I may pick one up soon and do a post on all the different curls.
I can't recommend this hairdryer enough. With all the different features and it doesn't feel too heavy in my hands. Again, I know it's £59.99 and some people would just shudder at the price but, this will last. It's great to invest in something like this that you know you can have for a few years.

If you haven't heard of Mad Beauty, where have you been? They have some wonderful items and have some amazing things coming out this Christmas. I have quite a list of stuff that I want to get from them for Christmas either for gifts or myself.
They have things from advent calendars to Christmas baubles full of goodies.
I was kindly sent a Christmas Cracker set. Each one is filled with a different smelling bubble bath. I love baths and getting this made my day.
I think this set is great to give as a whole or, if you've got a few friends or family members it would be fun to put one in each gift. They make great stocking fillers and you get quite a bit in the bubble bath. The scents you get are; Watermelon, Cranberry, Blueberry, Lime, Strawberry and Passion Fruit. I've already used one and a little goes a long way. If you're like me and love a good bubble bath or know someone who does this is the perfect gift for them. It is fun, as the packaging is wonderful and so Christmassy.
So, if you're looking for a cute gift for someone I can't recommend this enough! It is wonderful.
Don't forget to check out Mad Beauty for more wonderful Christmas gifts!

Christmas is creeping up on us which means it's almost time to start counting down with advent calendars!
I love chocolate advent calendars, I have about 3 each year but, this year I really want to treat myself to a beauty/bath one. There seems to be so many out this year it is really hard to choose just one. I've narrowed down my list from about 50 aha to some of the top ones I really want. These go from makeup to bath products to everything else. It's going to be hard just to choose one...if I could, I would get them all and probably open them all up straight away.
Let me know which ones are your must haves for this year!
Tanya Burr 12 Sweet Days - £30 - This one looks adorable. I really like the content and I am a big fan of Tanya Burrs make-up! (currently £20 on Superdrug)
Zoella 12 Days Of Christmas - £50 - I've seen what's in this and I am so excited for it. £50 is a bit much for me (kinda hoping it goes down a little) but, it looks like it's full of fun stuff and I love candles, which this has many off.
Soap & Glory It's A Calendar, Girls! - £40 - Big fan of S&G. This is high on my want list as it would be super fun to open up each day and I just adore their products. My bathroom is full of them.
The Body Shop Beauty Advent Calendar - £45 - I know they have 3 different ones and the £99 one looks amazing but I just couldn't afford that one and the £45 looks really good! A different array of products.
Nyx Professional Makeup Kiss & Tell Advent Calendar - £50 - Their lip products are amazing and this is something I would love. All the different colours and they are some of the best I've ever used.
The Bomb Advent Calendar - £19.99 - I adore Bomb Cosmetics bath bombs! They are some of my favourite and a really good price. Their advent calendar is a great price for 24 days full of soap, blasters etc
Halloween is approaching fast. I have no idea what I want to be this year but, I love to wear Halloween themed clothes all throughout the month. One of my favourite places to shop for these are Boohoo. Their Halloween collection this year is just so gorgeous. I've picked out some of my favourite pieces to show you guys. I cannot wait to order these next week and probably wear them all year round.
Ivy Bat Onesie - £25 - mainly for comfort. It looks so comfy and it's a bat onesie. What more could you want?
Madison I Got 99 Problems Halloween T-Shirt - £10 - This is such a cute tee and the model is wearing it with a tartan skirt on their page and I also have a tartan skirt and I cannot wait to wear this tee with it.
Plus Anya Skeleton Bat Halloween Bodycon Dress - £15 - have you seen the sleeves on this? I want to wear it and just swish my arms.
Tall Maisie Halloween Spider Web Mesh Bodysuit - £14 - I am just in love with this. The design is gorgeous and I love wearing these kind of bodysuits with my black PVC skirt.
Amelia Lips And Fangs Halloween Long Sleeve Bodysuit - £14 - I just adore the design on this one and would look so good tucked in to any type of skirt.
Plus Lola Skeleton Skull Printed Halloween Dress - £12 - Their plus size section is definitely my favourite. I don't know if I could pull this off as on the model it looks amazing but, I would love to wear this with some tights, boots and my leather jacket.
Plus Laura Skeleton Printed Halloween Leggings - £10 - these would look so good with a cropped top and even one of the bodysuits tucked in. Plus, I want to wear these all year round.
Plus Hollie Mermaid Skeleton Halloween Co-ord Set - £18 - Possibly my favourite piece. A two piece mermaid skeleton set. It looks amazing on the model and I hope it looks just as good on me. I don't really wear skirts like this but, I would for this outfit. I am just in love with it.
Not long ago I found a brand online, via some of the authors I follow on twitter, called Joanie Clothing and after looking at their clothing I instantly fell in love. They do sizes from 8-22 and I was so happy about that. I am currently a UK size 16 and a size 14 in some bottoms so, finding a clothing website that not only does my size they also do amazing clothing. Last payday I treated myself to three of their clothes and I can say, I was not disappointed.
First was the Bronte Avid Readers Club Sweatshirt. This was everywhere on the book twitterverse and I knew I had to have it. The material is so soft and it fits perfectly. Not too snug and not to loose and it is just perfect for these colder months.
Next I got the Margot Brunch Club Tee. I just adored the saying on this tee and knew I had to get it. I have been loving wearing this tucked in my high waisted jeans at the moment. The material is stretchy and soft and I just love it.
And last and, possibly my favourite item I got is the Martha Book Print Shirt Dress. A BOOK DRESS. I am a book blogger and the book lover in me needed this dress and it is my most favourite thing to wear. If I could wear it for work I would. You can also get this in a shirt form and I also need that. The sleeves fit perfectly and not too tight on my arms and I just adore it. If you are a book lover you need this dress.
All in all, I will definitely be buying more clothes from Joanie Clothing. I currently have my eye on the Frenchie Beauty School Dropout jumper which is adorable.
If you haven't bought from here yet I can't recommend it enough!
